Cancellation Policy

Facility rental booking fees are non-refundable. A $50 rescheduling fee will be charged to select an alternative date. Rental fee must be paid at the time of booking. Attendee fees are $14 per child (1 to 12 years of age) with a minimum of 14 child attendees. Hosts are responsible to ensure guests follow Museum policies including: no running, no food outside of snack/party rooms, drinks must have lids or be juice box/pouches, no climbing on top of exhibits, no access to restricted areas. Guests are expected to stay with children, return toys their proper places before moving on, and keep toys within the designated exhibits. One staff member will be assigned to your party. It is expected that no more than 30 minutes would be required to clean the party/snack room and reset museum exhibits to proper places. A cleaning fee of $50 per 20 minutes will be assessed beyond the expected 30 minutes. Without exception, the Museum must be vacated between the public time and the private party time. Hosts must limit attendees to either 150 attendees or designated parking lot capacity which is 37 regular parking spaces (including handicapped) plus one bus parking space. Please do not park on the grass.
